Im trying to record a loop, but once the loop starts over i want everything to be replaced, kind of like me doing a few takes. In other words, right now when i record an 8 bar loop, once it loops and goes back to the begging it just starts overdubbing. Instead of the over dub, is there anyway that once i record, and once the loop goes back to the beginning can it automatically delete my last take? I want to be able to do this so if i record a melody off beat i don't need to go to my computer, i can just keep doing takes until its right. Thanks. n6smith Posted November 12, 2011 Share Posted November 12, 2011 Right click on the record button and choose recording settings to see the different options available to you. I'd personally use the "Create takes Folder" option so you can keep all the previous takes and then decide later which one you prefer...
