YET (fingers crossed) I would use a second computer for the live streaming video, as video tends to be a CPU hog. If you look on Apple's third party software page, you can find an assortment of programs that do this. Just gotta try em out and see what is stable. If the OP wants to record video, just use Quicktime? Not so sure that it'd be smart to do it on the "Mainstage Mac", as mentioned.
