In Digital Performer, there was a way to hold down option with the scissors and it would slice across a midi note based on your grid. I've been able to successfully get the region division to work like that in logic, but is there a way to do it to a note? I'm in the piano roll, and i can get the divide multiple tool up with the option key, but dragging across the note doesn't seem to work.
