revdave Posted November 24, 2011 Share Posted November 24, 2011 Hi All, L9 - I'm having trouble trimming audio regions that have the triangle closed (with multiple takes) i can trim with bracket from right side to shorten to the left but whan i grab with bracket from left to move right - it snaps back - not moving it's like the start of region is locked or something... what's up - how do I fix this? triplets Posted November 24, 2011 Share Posted November 24, 2011 You cannot shorten take folders from the left with the mouse. Go with the Song Position Locator (SPL) or Playhead to the part where you want to trim to and either use the scissors or even better the Split at Playhead command "\" (backwards slash). My workaround is to use the Marquee tool: you can select a section of the take folder with the marquee tool and press delete to delete it, or click the Crop button in your toolbar to delete everything but the selection.
