djmorrisette
When I choose the electric dub step kit sample and play it back, there's some prerecorded stuff on it and I don't know how to erase it and make my own loop.
David Nahmani
Are you talking about an Apple Loop? What's the exact name? Is that a green or blue loop? If it's a green loop you can locate the MIDI note responsible for that sample in the Piano Roll and delete it.
djmorrisette
Yes I'm talking about the electronic dub kit
djmorrisette
But when I select the Electronic Dub kit it seems like there's a prerecorded loop on it. Nothing shows up on the screen there's just music playing.
David Nahmani
Yes I'm talking about the electronic dub kit OK so if it's triggered from regions on the track then follow the advice in my previous post. If you're using Ultrabeat's step sequencer, find the sample and get rid of it in the sequence, or mute it. You're probably trying to mute the "cow bubble" sample, it's toward the top, voice #22.
