Change EQ in different parts of a track?

Sorry, I'm very new to Logic. Anyways, just had a question that I was wondering about. So I've become familiar with the Channel EQ insert in a track. I was just curious if you could edit this so it changed as the track plays, if that makes sense. Or if you could at least set a separate EQ for each region of a track. Is that possible? If so, how? Thanks for your time, sorry if this question is noobish :D

You can insert different EQ instances on the channel strip (up to 16 plugins) and preload each with different preset. After that you can automate the EQ Bypasses. If you want to use more than 16 presets (instances) you can route the channel output thru Aux to Aux and insert the plugins into the Auxes etc. Another easy and fast workaround are the "Mixer Snapshots" - we have commented them lately in this forum here.

Just use separate tracks for the regions that need different EQ's. Simples!
