New Track with Duplicate Settings - Preferences?

Hey there,

(Logic Pro 9.1.4) I been using the 'New Track with duplicate Settings' command a bunch to make things go faster but something is missing I was hoping to find a way to include. When I use that command, the track I add isn't the same color as the one I changed the track I am copying as. I switch the colors to see the different sections better ie voice, guitar, midi, synths, strings, etc. Is there maybe some kind of preference we can edit as to what is included in that command so I can include track color?

Thanks!

This doesn't seem to be working for me. I have a colored track in a group with "color" checked in the group settings. However, when I duplicate the track, it is duplicated with the default color. Any thoughts?

Could it be the difference between Logic versions? Reading the signatures, Matticus25 is using 9.1.4 and you're using 9.1.8. Just a thought . . .

That could be a possibility, but I would be confused as why the feature would have been taken away. But yes, apart from that, that seems to be the only noticeable difference.
