If by "without deleting the first one" you mean you want to be able to see both Regions (containing your melodies) in the same Piano Roll or at the same time in two different Piano Roll windows you can do that.

You can open multiple Piano Roll windows through Logics main menu: Window>Piano Roll or by using the key command: Command+6.

Open your first region in the Piano Roll.

Deselect the content link. That's the little yellow chain-link symbol at the top left of the Piano Roll.

You can now select a different region and use Window>Piano Roll or Command+6 to open a new Piano Roll window with the MIDI data from your second region. Repeat as many times as you need.

Also, you can open multiple regions in the same Piano Roll if needed. In that case select the content link (make it yellow) and then select multiple regions in the Arrange window (Shift+Click each additional region after your first selection). If your regions are different colors you can distinguish the different notes by selecting (in the Piano Roll) View>Region Colors.
