Why does Logic have such poor inbuilt instrument sounds?

ps. my money amount says i must use ethnic side of logic sounds long time (i have ni komplete 7 but i still prefer some sounds form logic library).... becouse more important areas needs also years get upgraded if i buy best possible quality (to me anyway not actually becouse is impossible get in timeframe which is anyway accetable best possible quality means easily 20years..,and loading times for more modern sounds is way too long to my taste and i simply cannot use hunreds of euros for this hobby) . j must think someday again what i really need. some products are not suitable for some ideas at all.
