Eric Cardenas
Did you try Saving the project with with the assets box ticked?

Eric Cardenas
I just realized i was trying to time stretch the loop that was actually on my external hdd, all i had to do was put it on my mac hdd and it works fine That was exactly why I asked you that question. By Saving your project with Assets -> Copy external files to project folder, your files will automatically be copied to an Audio folder with the same permissions as your default project location. Another thing I like to do when using external drives is to enable the Ignore ownership on this volume option. You can do this by highlighting your hard drive and then hit Command - I, there's a check box at the bottom of the Info window. Anyway. Glad you managed to find a solution.
