alien80
Hi, We've bought Logic Pro 9 through the appstore on our iMac (OS X) a year ago. It worked perfectly. Unfortunately our harddisk crashed a few weeks ago, so now I'm trying to reinstall Logic again on our new harddisk. But I'm having a problem: I've installed Logic Pro again through the appstore. When I try to open it, it starts a basic content download. After a few minutes it asks for my password, after filling in, it continues downloading. So far, so good. But then when the downloading stops, I get a black screen and I'm asked (in different languages) to shut down the computer with a forced stop. So I did several times now. But when I restart the computer, nothing has happened and the basic content download starts all over again, when I try to open Logic. Can anyone help me? triplets
That black screen in different languages is a kernel panic, a problem with hardware or the operating system. What operating system version are you on?
