Mac Mouse Constrained Motion

On my Windows laptop, I can configure the driver settings to let me constrain the mouse pointer motion so that if I hold shift then the mouse will only go in a vertical or horizontal straight line. Is it possible to set this up using a Mac mouse?

Edit: Don't worry...just found out about mouse keys...amazing!
