"Crashed Validation" with MachFive 2

I just installed Mountain Lion and found out (the hard way) that MachFive V2 is not working with ML. Is anyone using V2 with ML, or do I have to upgrade to V3?

 

I am able to run MachFive 2 in standalone mode, but I get a "crashed validation" when running AUManager. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong? All of my other plugs are loaded fine.

 

Any help is much appreciated.

Macbook Pro

OSX 10.8.1

8GB Ram

Logic Pro 9.1.7

MachFive 2
