starting to use Machfive 3 inside logic

Hi Guys,

 

I guess this might be a no brainer to many. getting started with things..

 

I just got Machfive 3 instrument/sampler software, I am trying to figure out how to actually start using it inside logic, but it's quite difficult and it doesn't tell you. How do you actually go about start to use third party software sounds inside logic? Idiots guide if you please.

First steps:

 

1) Create a new software instrument track.

2) Click the Instrument slot and navigate to the Manufacturer's name > Name of the plug-in.

 

This is what a software instrument channel strip looks like (on the left):
