Can Export Function start from Bar Zero?

Greetings all!

 

Sometimes I may have instrumental lines that lead into the downbeat of bar 1. However, does the export function only bounce from bar 1 onwards? Is there a way to make it export starting from bar zero so it can capture any instrumental lead ins?

 

I know that the bounce function can bounce from bar zero if I set my cycle length accordingly, however, this usually only gives me a stereo file, correct? This will not be ideal for tracks that I need in mono.

Move everything over a bar or two to account for lines that lead into the downbeat and Export from bar 1.

Thanks, I thought about doing that, but it would be nice to have the arrangement stay where it is so it won't conflict with any music scores later (i.e. bar count or positioning). It would just be a slight annoyance of having to shift things back and forth anytime I want to export a track(s).

 

So I guess that's what I'll have to do. Thanks again.
