prog_aubert
*Sorry for my english* Hi everyone, I have a late 2006 iMac, with OSX 10.7.4 and Logic Pro 9.17. This generation of mac (late 2006) seems to be unable to use more than 3 GB of RAM. Actually I have 2 x 2 GB in my computer... Someone told me that in those case, it is possible to create a virtual RAM drive that use the memory unsupported by the iMac. Is it possible to create a RAM drive of 1GB (using hdiutil) , exclusively allowed to Logic Pro, and still be able to fully use the rest of my memory (3GB) like before ? I would be really happy to use to full potential (4 GB RAM) of my engine. I hope this is clear enough. Thanks for the answers !!
