Help with Key Commands [SOLVED]

I need some help please...

How do I select all subsequent regions after/before a selected region in the arrange window?

How do I move a selected region(s) forward/backward in time in the arrange window?

I tried looking in the manual (online) and tried looking at the key commands. I am sure it is my studio brain drain... any help is much appreciated.

That works great for selecting F (forward)... how about backward?

Also, Option Arrow, doesn't seem to do anything... what is my small mind missing?

You do have a region selected when using option arrow, yes?

Try option-K. That'll open your key commands window. In the little Spotlight box top right of it, type the word "Nudge". Now see if Nudge Left(right) by Value is assigned to option arrows, or perhaps to a different combination? If it's not assigned at all, assign them.
