export regions as separate files [SOLVED]

hi,

i have a bunch of audio samples on one track. i want to export them as separate audio files (mp3s or whatever).

i can do each one by hand by right clicking -> export as audio file. but there are several hundred. i see you can export the whole track, but that makes only one audio file, and they need to be separate files. is there an option to export all regions on a track to separate files?

Select the regions and choose Audio > Convert Regions to New Audio Files.

This writes the regions to separate tracks, but the effects are not being rendered on the output files. Any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong?

 

It may be related to Yosemite as I'm sure it used to work on Mavericks.

You're not doing anything wrong.

Converting regions to new audio files will not include processing.

You will have to bounce the regions in place first.

OK, cool - thanks for clarifying that Eric. Next time I'll just bounce the tracks first before editing them into regions and converting to audio files.
