Are you sure? Did you try to turn the know ALL THE WAY down, then ALL THE WAY up?

Did you notice that in your Channel EQ plug-in, your hi-cut filter is off?

ya i did all the way down and the all the way up. ya its off b/c i want the knob to control the hi cut in one instance, and the low cut in another instance

Ok I haven't tried it yet, but it should work. Try it again in a brand new empty project?

tried new project, but same thing, when I set the second parameter (hi cut), it keeps switching back to the first assignment (lo cut) in the learn screen. lo moves, hi doesn't. gah, so frustrating

well, it works when I use Logic's EQ for the hi cut, and FabFilter Pro Q for the lo cut. when I use two Fabfilters I have the same problem--I guess that's a little bug, you can't assign multiple parameters if its the same plug-in in the chain. blah.

Ok finally got in front of Logic, tried it and it works fine here. A single knob moves both the hicut and lowcut knobs simultaneously.

Here's the exact procedure I followed:

1) Press Command-L: The controller assignment window opens and "Learn Mode" is on.

2) Click the low-cut's Frequency value (bottom of the Channel EQ).

3) Move a knob on the controller.

4) Click the hi-cut's Frequency value.

5) Move the same knob as in #3) on your controller.

6) Press Command-W: The controller assignment window closes and "Learn Mode" is off.

Now tweak the knob, it should work.

No dice on this end...I'll live. How do you invert the min/max range? I tried typing 127 as the min and 0 as the max but that didn't work...

EDIT: just use a negative number for the multiply, ok.
