Best way to MIDI map a low pass filter properly

I've been at this for almost an hour and I just can't get it right. I've tried every variation of negative and positive values for "multiply" in conjunction with min/max values, but the best I can get is that when I turn my MIDI-assigned knob counterclockwise, I can get it to stop at 1.5khz like I want it to, but it reaches that point too fast when low passing--like midway of the MIDI knob turning, instead of the end of its cycle, or 127. It was easy for the hi pass filter, I just set the multiply to 0.56 to have it stop at 1khz like I wanted, but lo pass is giving me problems. Any advice is much much appreciated, thanks.

How about just writing automation for it? Probably easier...

Thing is, I want to have the parameter assigned to a MIDI knob that has other parameters assigned to it in conjunction so they all change at the same time. Sounds weird but it's pretty awesome
