goalexey
Hello, I am currently trying to set up my Axiom 49 (2nd gen) with Logic. I am using DirectLink mode and want to customize some other personal mappings within Logic's controller Assignments window. I would like eventually to be able to save some of the mappings that I have created. Is there a way to find somewhere a little file where the information gets stored or something like that? For instance: if I accidentally hit "rebuild defaults" within Preferences>Control Surfaces, would there be a way for me to quickly restore whatever I have mapped before? Thanks a lot in advance
David Nahmani
All assignments are saved in ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.logic.pro.cs (where .cs stands for Control Surfaces).
goalexey
Thank you so much David! Just to clarify - if I mess up anything accidentally in my Axiom mapping within Logic - should I just replace "/com.apple.logic.pro.cs" with a good one (considering I save once in a while that file in a separate place when I like my mapping)? David Nahmani
Yes, but always first quit Logic, then replace the preference file, then reopen Logic, because Logic will overwrite the preference file with the one loaded in RAM upon quitting.
