sytrusze
Dear members, I have another question regarding Logic. Lets say i have 2 track with 2 regions containing some notes. I open the first regions piano roll and select all notes on C3 and then CMD+X to cut the notes from the region. When I paste it in the second region, the notes are being pasted at the playheads position instead of their original position. That's how i got used to copy and paste in other DAWs so if this could be done in Logic i would be more than happy! Thanks in advance
sytrusze
What a big FAIL, there is an option Paste at original location Another question then lol. I can't assing CMD+V to this option, because it is used for the original 'Paste'. Is there a way i can assign it to CMD+V?
David Nahmani
No: Command-V is a "reserved" key command, you cannot freely assign it to another command. I suggest you assign it to something like Option-V or Control-V, or Shift-Command-V...?
