Region Fades

Hello,

 

I've just record a song in logic 9 and started to edit it. But now I have a little problem.

I tried to make some non destructive fades to some regions with the crossfade tool.

With some regions it works but with others not.

I tried also to create a fade in the Inspector’s Region Parameter box. But the fade in / fade out

option is invisible when I select the regions that don't react on the crossfade tool.

 

Someone who can help me?

I noticed that the fades don't work in the regions that exists several takes.

The fade tool does work in the regions that contain just one take.

That's correct, you cannot add fades to take folders. You could always flatten the take folder first, and add your fades to the resulting regions then.
