ShaneMcCord
heyhey. i just got logic and was recording using my audio interface. it was working great, recorded a complete track from a mic that was plugged into the interface. turned off the interface when i went to dinner. came back and it said the device wasn't detected, and that makes sense because it was off. i turned it on and it still didn't detect. i tried various things, including unistalling/reinstalling my interface and rebooting my mac like 4 times. it still won't detect. i just plugged my interface into my pc to see if it was the interface, but it worked fine with the pc. so it is something with logic. help please!!! =) thanks ery1 <
EdgarRothermich
Does it show up in the System Preferences Sound tab as an Audio Device.? If no, then it has nothing to do with Logic but with your system not seeing it. If yes, do you see the mic signal on the input meter in the System Preferences. If so, then it should show up in Logic. Did you change the Driver selection in Logic or any other setting?
