Some notes change pitch when moving region? [SOLVED]

Hi all .

never had this happen before, really annoying

when moving a region along on the same track , why would some or all of the notes change pitch. and when i move it back to original position the note return to original pitch ? it also happens if i copy the region onto a new track in a new position .

Do you have any automation on that track?

 

Are you using the global key track to change key at any point in time?

hi,

it was'nt the tempo , signature or even key that caused the region to change , it was because i had analysed a different region on another track in the global chord track . i have since discovered that if you check ( change display only) box. the midi notes do not move
