Region content display

Hi,

 

I've encountered a small issue which is driving me mad, i'm sure there's a quick fix or command to sort it but can't find it anywhere...

 

In a project i'm working on, some of the regions aren't displaying note event data in the arrange window. I can activate hyperdraw to show any parameters just fine, but the note events themselves aren't showing. What's especially annoying is that this is only for a few regions, and for any region i create from now on.

 

is there a region parameter that can set whether note events are displayed in the arrange window? i feel as though there must be but i can't find one.
