Eriksimon
Solo the track and bounce a (24 bit) PCM file (=AIFF or WAV) in Realtime, tick the Add to Audio Bin checkbox. http://documentation.apple.com/en/logicpro/usermanual/index.html#chapter=29%26section=4%26tasks=true

Eriksimon
Well, I assumed you have the Sampletank audio routed into Logic somehow; have you? If not, you cannot bounce it via Logic. You'ld need another application (like Audio Hijack) to capture the audio, or perhaps Soundflower. The one thing I don't understand is: why not simply use the Sampletank AU in Logic?
