Weston_Bouchér
As I'm culling through hundreds of vocal takes, I'm wondering if there is a way to flat, rate, mark or highlight my favorite takes in the process of narrowing them down. Right now I just write down the take number on paper next to the lyrics(which I prefer over using Logic's Notes feature), but ideally I could benefit from having a way to mark my favorite take or region in addition to physical notes. Thanks in advance, Weston Logic Pro 9, Mountain Lion
FlowerPower
What about making your own colour coding system?
Weston_Bouchér
Not a bad idea! Thanks. I just wish it was quicker is all as I have to bring up the color picker, then also manually select the correct shade. Programs such as Adobe Lightroom, Bridge(Photoshop) have 5 or so colors that are assigned to numeric keys on the keyboard for fast rating when culling favorites from photo shoots. It also has a 1-5 star rating system that works the same way, very quick workflow for rating.
DanRad
I have set up my Key Commands with 'c' opening the color palette for this reason. I also have 't' as text so I can put things like, "Good Chorus, auto tune it and flex time it so it's in time"
