Export Samples

So i recorded a bunch of 'one hit' drum suff in logic. There's about 400 separate regions. A couple things I want to do:

 

 

1) Export each of these regions into separate audio files

 

2) I recorded them in stereo, but since they're on hits, I want to export them in Mono

 

3) I need to put fades at the end of each (which Ive done), but they don't export with them.

 

I've tried 'Audio->Export Regions to Audio Files', but they're all in stereo, and they're not including the fades. I understand that I need to bounce them to include the fades, I'm just wondering what the best way is to accomplish all of the above
