sampling audio and installing it into logic (mixcloud)

HI could anyone tell me how i could sample an audio file from (Mix cloud) and insert it into logic pro 9? im saying mixcloud because theres something on there i want to sample but any info in sampling music from the internet in genral and then inserting the audio files into logic would be great help as well, soundcloud, youtube, myspace etc all is welcome, but if you know about mixcloud on this occasion that would be most helpful!
