How to change instruments of multiple tracks all at once?

 

I have multiple drum tracks.

- Cymbal and Hi Hat

- Tom Tom

- Bass and Snare

 

and I like to listen different drum kit.

 

At the moment, I have to change every track individually.

 

Is there anyway to change the instrument of all 3 tracks simultaneously?

Hold down option when changing the assigned instrument from the track header.

I hold down the option key, but how does Logic Pro knows which are the tracks I want to change the instruments of.

It is still changing the only track that I select.

You could set up your drum tracks using New with Same Channel Strip/Instrument. Then you only have to change the instrument of the parent channel strip.

Yes. Just shift-select them in the mixer page. Whatever you do to one will affect them all.
