Electro_Jason
Not sure if this is the right place to post but I can't send a message at all. Above the message box it says "The submitted form was invalid, try submitting again". And I do but it doesn't work. Hope I can be rescued lol. Many thanks
David Nahmani
Just sent you an email through the board. Let me know if you receive it? It seems to work alright from here.
Electro_Jason
Yeah I received it fine, I just tried sending you a message and it came up with the same thing.
David Nahmani
Yeah I received it fine, I just tried sending you a message and it came up with the same thing. Sounds like it could be a cookie issue on your end. Can you try a different browser, or from a different computer?
Electro_Jason
Yeah I will try it, give me one second. EDIT* It worked here, so what do I need to do? Delete my cookies I guess?
David Nahmani
Maybe, try deleting all logicprohelp cookies, restart your browser and log in again, see if that fixes the issue?
Electro_Jason
Nope still doesn't work..
David Nahmani
Can you tell me which browser works, which one doesn't work, exact versions of each browsers, and exact version/sub-version of OS X?
Electro_Jason
Sure. So the one that works is Mozilla Firefox 17.0.1 Version:1.1 It's not a mac but runs on Microsoft XP The one that doesn't work. Mozilla Firefox 16.0.2 Firefox 16. I believe all my versions and sub-versions are listed on my signature.
