Bounce multiple logic wav files

Hello Friends, I am really stuck with an issue here of trying to export 400 Audio elements from logic to a folder on my desktop. Now the whole idea is to export them individually , so they appear all separate in the folder as they appear in logic , they have to remain like that .I really need your support here .

Attached is a snapshot of my work. i need all those takes individually exported in a fast easy way , rather than having to bounce them all out one by one.

Thank you so much

Nigel

Page 1020 of the Manual explains this.

Exporting Individual or Multiple Tracks as Audio Files

You can export all audio or MIDI regions on a track as a new audio file, or you can export

all audio or MIDI regions on multiple tracks as new audio files—one for each track.

To export all audio or MIDI regions on a track to a new audio file

1 Click a track in the Arrange area.

2 Choose File > Export > Track as Audio File.
