ES2 cutoff via Modwheel

Hi!

 

This is the video that shows stuff that i want to try out,

 

 

Its seems like a very usefull thing, but i cant make it work!

I would like to use Cutoff 1 on the Modwheel for a sweet raise, just like in the video,

But the Noise is constant...the cutoff doesnt change..

 

I attached the pic of my Es2 settings

 

Am I doing something wrong?
