Imported MIDI tracks are different shades of green?

I imported a midi file from harmony assistant into Logic 9 I added a few new instruments and tracks. I notice the tracks are a different shade of green (the new stuff I entered.)

Are you importing? Or opening? The two behaviors are different. If you are importing, then into what kind of project: is that a factory template? A custom template?
