I tried searching for this, and I could not find it.

Does anyone have any ideas for what the pedals in pedalboard are emulating?

I could only guess these two...

The Vibe: Some sort of Moogerfooger

Tru-Tape Delay: Boss RE20/Roland Space Echo

The vibe is a Uni-Vibe. The tru-tape actually may be an electro harmonix memory man, at least it looks like it. happy face is a fuzz face. The hi-boost i believe is supposed to be like a seymour duncan pickup booster. the wahs are crybabies. the rotator (i forget what it's called) is a Leslie speaker. some of the phases and chorus are sort of generic and can be anything. They didn't follow line 6's convention and make it look exactly like the product so it's hard to tell.
