Problems with Channel Strip Settings After Moving Computers

I switched over from my macbook pro to a new 27in iMac, but when i open all my old projects my patches and channel strip settings are gone even after i thought i had put them in the correct places. would be awesome getting some help on this!

hmmm can't seem to find those folders on my iMac

Depending on which version of OS X you run you may need to hold down Option as you choose "Go > Library" in the Finder menu.
