Cant find ultrabeat on logic 9 express

Is it because its not logic pro? I have an akai mpk49 and im looking to take samples from logic " that I recorded" and assign them to pads, and correct me if im wrong, im supposed to do it threw ultrabeat? How can i pull up this "ultrabeat" in logic? I created a new track " software instrument" and then was told it Was a option...

UB is a part of Logic Express 9.

Use the I/O slot to insert Ultrabeat.

Found UB, so for me to take a sample from a song and to assign it to UB so I can use my midi keyboard to trigger each sample individually I will need to do what?

Use the "Drag and drop samples" setting for Ultrabeat (in your Library).
