NickMagick
In recent light of my hard drive seeming to struggle and all the hard crashes I have been having lately , I am just curious which files/folders all my presets for plugins and channel strips would be in so I can save them to an external . I can't use time machine because I believe my last few instances are corrupt. It hasn't officially "died" yet but I think it's trying to tell me something. Thanks in advance!! redlogic
Logic stuff you've made should be in Macintosh HD/Users/Your Username/Library/Application Support/Logic 3rd party stuff could be anywhere. Try Macintosh HD/Users/Your Username/Library/Audio/Presets I have no idea what OS you're on. That will determine whether or not you can see your User Library folder. NickMagick
That's my bad. I'm running Snow Leopard 6.8 on a 2009 Intel Mac Duo. I'm not necessarily worried about my third party plugins I know where those are I wasn't sure where Logic's were though. Thanks for the reply! I believe I found them! My worry is now will they convert to Mountain Lion when I upgrade my computer.
redlogic
I think it would be very wise to clone your current HD before you move to Mountain Lion. Some people are still having problems with Logic on ML. PS - If you'll put your system & gear info in your Signature, people won't have to ask about it AND you won't have to list it every time it's needed.
