tinpots
I have recently got a uad apollo and have been trying varying sample rates - is there a way I can change logic to open at a preferred sample rate of 96khz every time? At the moment I have to change it - quit logic and restart the computer- then all fine. New sessions open by default at 44.1khz Have had a few crashes ( which is very rare) - when i change the sample rate at the start of a project as well though that may well be a uad issue! thanks for any help in this tinpots
Jordi Torres
Sample rate is a project setting, so if you want all your projects be at 96 kHz, save a project template with the sample rate already set to 96 kHz and start all your projects from that template. David Nahmani
At the moment I have to change it - quit logic and restart the computer- then all fine. There should be no need to quit Logic or to restart the computer. You should be able to load a project at any sample rate without having to quit Logic. When you open a Logic project, the sample rate of your hardware should automatically follow the sample rate set in the project under Settings > Audio.
