Catch playhead in piano roll

Dear members,

 

whenever i turn off the catch playhead in my piano roll, it turns itself on whenever i press ENTER. I want it to be turned on in the arrange windows but turned off in my piano roll, for good. How to achieve this?

The quick key for catch is "`" (tilde, above tab).

If you want to manually engage it you have to get rid of it in Logic's preferences.

The preferences are under Logic Pro > Preferences > General > Catch.

So i should turn off all 3 options in the preferences and than manually turn it on in the arrange window and turn it off in the piano roll window? This works, but when ik press 'Z' to turn back to full zoom mode it turns off the catch playhead in my arrange window, why?
