Drum quantization changed? [SOLVED]

Had great great success quantizing a phase locked group of drum tracks. Now it's no longer quantized. The transients are still there but they aren't quantized.

 

What should I check for?

Check for the following region parameters, after selecting the regions, at the top of the Inspector:

- The quantize setting

- The flex checkbox should be selected

Yeah that was done. I went back in to the group settings window. Record was unchecked. Don't know if that makes a difference but I checked it. I detected the transients again and applied quantization again and it's okay now. I hope it sticks. I don't know what I did but I'm sure it was my fault.
