thebreadguy
Hi - I have a copy of Logic 9 on a Macbook I purchased . Some of the midi instruments and such are missing. When I try to "download additional content", I get a message that says "Content could not be retrieved. Try again later". Any ideas what the problem could be and how to go about fixing it? Here are the details on my system: Macbook / OSX / 10.7.3 / 2.4 GHZ Intel Core 2 Duo / 4 GB Memory Logic Pro 9.1.8 Thanks!
David Nahmani
Check your internet connection? If that appears to function normally, contact Apple and explain your issue - I'm assuming you purchased Logic recently?
thebreadguy
I can't say. Logic came on a used Macbook I purchased from someone else. I don't know when it was installed. I bought your book and am trying to work my way through it, but do not have many of the files.
David Nahmani
If he sold you a Logic license along with the MacBook then you are the legit owner and you can contact Apple and ask them to help you with downloading the content. If he did not sell a Logic license then you are not a legit Logic owner and you have to purchase a license on the App Store.
