Ozone appears to be 'Incompatible' in 64 bit

Good day all ~

 

Wonder if any of you came across this ? Having Ozone 5 under 'Incompatible' while running on 64bit?

However, I dont have this problem when running on 32 bit Logic. Even the primary Ozone is grouped under the Izotope category together with Dynamic, Maximizer etc.

 

On a side note, this message pops up while launching Logic.

Did you try to validate it again?

Hi Eric. Thanks for the response.

 

I just tried validating it. It was all "PASS" until the bottom, the report showed ;

"validation result: crashed validation"

 

Any luck?

What version of Ozone are you running? Do you have the latest update?

Yes I'm running on 5.03, the latest available on Izotope site.

I'd probably contact iZotope support - they are good folks and will probably be able to help you out...
