Corrupted project? [SOLVED]

Hi. Something weird in my recent project. Logic is very unstable, a lot of clicks and pops, strange loud noises etc. Most of the options in the tool bar are grey.... Still, it's possible to playback and record. When closing the Logic, it crashes and the crash report says something about propellerhead/rewire. I tried to open a new project and load all the project information and data but it didn't help. I can still open any old project with no issues. So, what should I do? Open a new project and load only audio and midi files?

 

I'm running the latest Logic and OS. MBP, internal SSD system drive for OS, plugins and programs, another internal drive for samples, eSata drive for Projects.

You're having some issues with Reason or any program or plugin that uses the Rewire protocol. That's the PH/Rewire thing.

Hmmm. I am having the same problem. I am not using Reason, or any midi tracks. I just updated to 10.8.3 from 10.6.8 to test the waters. (I have a clone so I can go back if necessary. The project only contains audio and steven slate plugins.

Do you have Melodyne, Waves Tune, Reaper or Flux plug-ins?

Not using Melodyne...I will check if melodyne is up to date.

Yes. Up to date. Any idea what may be causing the problem? Reinstall melodyne maybe?

What does the crash report say if you choose "Show Details"?

Bitter Sweet That was it!!! I deleted the previous version and downloaded the latest one. Consider this solved for me. Thank you!!
