bigkeys
Hi all, Im trying to export all tracks to 24 bit 44.1khz audio to be sent away to get mixed and mastered. I can get them exported fine however when I try and test them by opening an empty project and importing them all, all the levels that I had set previously are gone and they're all at 0db which obviously sounds horrible. The mix / master house would like the levels maintained when I export the tracks - is there a way to keep the track level information when exporting? fastfourier
Hey bigkeys, it sounds like the files are being normalized when you bounce. There's an option to turn it off in "the export all tracks" window.
bigkeys
Unfortunately it's already set to off. Basically when I import all the tracks in a new project each fader on each track is set to 0db. No idea why... frustrating. The only workaround I can think of is to include automation at the appropriate level for each track and then check the box to include volume / pan automation when I export.... im out of ideas. fastfourier
Ticking the "Include Volume/Pan Automation" box should export the track "post-fader" whether there is automation or not. At least, it's working that way over here..
