SMPTE offset [SOLVED]

I am working on a film score. The editor split the film into two 45 minute segments. Is there a way to create a SMPTE offset such that bar 1 of the second segment is positioned at 0:45:0:0? Or, alternatively, can the movie (and accompanying audio dialog track) be repositioned to the 45 minute mark?

Yes, although you rarely use a SMPTE of 00:00:00:00, typically you start at 01:00:00:00 so the second segment should be positioned at 01:45:00:00.

 

So I'm assuming you're using two different Logic projects (you can only have a single video file per Logic project)? If that's the case, then in the second Logic project, choose Settings > Synchronization and set your bar position like so:
