dpickell
Subject says it. Would love a * / click! to get those exposed, for deletion or editing. dave
David Nahmani
If you mean hidden tracks then press H.
dpickell
Hi David, I meant, regions on a single track piled on top of each other - top one may be muted but somewhere in the pile an unmuted one playing, unseen.
Eric Cardenas
Have you tried using no-overlap mode when editing?
dpickell
Yes, that's where you drag a region over to another and region 1 supplants. Region 2, correct?
Eriksimon
You can look at them in the Event list. The Event list is very useful for that, it can also help in the very similar case of tracking down and deleting doubled notes (that block eachothers' view in the Piano Roll, just like regions in arrange do)

There is also Edit > Select Overlapped Regions and sometimes in conjunction with Edit > Invert Selection that can be used to your advantage. However I think you may want to revise your workflow so that you avoid unwanted overlapping regions.

Rolomoto
Has anyone an explanation for this, an invisible track and region. No hidden tracks, no extra object in the environment.
JakobP
What actions did you take to get that ?
Rolomoto
Using quick sampler in slice mode, drag all slices into arrange window with 'play to end' on. I had already deleted the region and closed the project but it somehow showed up again (invisible) on track one with a track assignment of track 3 which didn't exist.
