pixel_ale
Hi all, Is there a way to stop Logic from creating an aux track whenever I assign a bus? Perhaps it's just a workflow thing held over from using Pro Tools, but I find myself wanting to bus audio or software instruments to another audio track fairly often. It's not the end of the world, obviously, but a slight annoyance deleting extra aux tracks. Thanks! While I'm newly registered, I've found a ton of answers here while learning Logic. Just couldn't find this one, unfortunately.
Eric Cardenas
There are two ways that I know of, nether of them is optimal. The first one is to create a bunch of bus objects in the environment. That will stop Logic from creating an aux for these buses. The second one is to assign the input of a couple Audio Channel Strips.
pixel_ale
Thanks Eric! So if an audio track has a bus assigned as an input first before I send/output to that bus, it won't create the aux? Alternatively, I could set the environment bus objects up as part of my template. Much thanks, I'll look into it more when I have a free moment

pixel_ale
I was hoping it would be something as simple as that, thank you!
