Sy_Mercade
Hi, I have a track, just Track 1. Following a tutorial on Youtube, I set the output of this track to Bus 1, then went into the mixer, and added an extra aux track, also with Bus 1 as input. The idea is to pan one left, and one right, and put effects on each, before outputting a submix of those tracks. Now, this works, as long as I don't solo anything, but when I solo Track 1, I expect Aux 1 and Aux 2 (L,R) to both play along with Track 1, but only Aux 1 and whatever other bus it was SENT to (before output) seem to play, unless I go in and solo that bus as well. Why is this happening? Is it a solo setting? Thanks
David Nahmani
Unfortunately Logic only automatically solo-safes the first Aux, the one it automatically created - but not the second one, the one that you created manually in the Mixer. To solo-safe that new Aux, control-click its S button.
Sy_Mercade
Hey David, just returning to say thanks, and I gotta keep reading that manual. I'm on page 350-something.
